Engadget has a great look at both of the new Windows Surface Tablets announced yesterday evening.  The two devices; the Surface for Windows RT Tablet and the Surface for Windows 8 Pro Tablet; have considerably different internal hardware specs and serve different mobile needs.

From The Verge last week: Annotating PDFs on a tablet is a widely-held dream in the suit community, and now Adobe's making it a little easier — the free Adobe reader app for iOS and Android is being updated to support electronic signatures and basic annotations.
