To all our valued Clients: I am writing to inform you about recent events at our firm. 2005 was a banner year at Integrated Technology Systems, representing our 20th anniversary of serving clients’ technology needs. It continues to be both a pleasure and an honor to work with you and to act as an advocate and advisor on technology to assist your organization. We took some time this past year to see how we can dynamically grow our company, as well as to evaluate our mission, our services, and our core competencies. For several months we have been working with another computer consulting firm, Coopersmith & Consultants, Inc., and we have both found tremendous synergy in our operations, clients, and business practices. I am proud to announce that as of January 1, 2006, our companies have merged, and that Michael Coopersmith, the president and founder of Coopersmith & Consultants, has become my partner. Michael brings 15 years of experience in network design, implementation, and management to our venture. His technological expertise in wide area networking, security, remote access, messaging, and network integration has both broadened our portfolio of services and enhanced our existing offerings. His entire staff joins our company and doubles the resources we can offer to provide better coverage, more planning, and faster implementation of technology enhancements to your firm’s infrastructure. We are still Integrated Technology Systems, although we have taken this occasion to change our corporate structure to an LLC. As such, the new name of our corporation is officially Integrated Technology Systems NYC LLC. Our address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses remain the same. Our portfolio consists of computer networking as well as a full range of telecommunications services, including Blackberries, Treos, phone systems and remote access systems. We also offer Voice over IP solutions, and have partnered with several firms to implement reliable, redundant Internet access and office-to-office connectivity. We perform custom programming with our specialized database products from Commence and Inmagic. We also offer a full complement of cabling services for networking, communications, and audio-video systems. For us, 2006 represents a year of possibilities. It is both exciting and invigorating to look out on our broadened horizon, and to work with a larger staff of dedicated professionals who care deeply about our clients.
