Download Your Support Application from ITS NYC

Please follow the steps below to begin your remote support session:

  1. Choose your platform:
  2. Launch the downloaded program (it should be in your Downloads folder).
  3. Give the 9-digit number to your ITS engineer.

When you no longer need support, be sure to quit the program. This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed again until you run the program and explicitly grant permission.
